  • What types of roles do you typically hire for?

    We hire for roles in bookkeeping, staff accounting, tax prep and planning, and client relationship support. Occasionally, we have openings for senior roles or specialized project support.

  • Do you offer hybrid or remote work?

    Most roles are based out of our Broomall office, with some flexibility depending on position and experience. We believe in team presence, but we also respect work-life balance.  All our accountants are set up to work from home when needed and hybrid work arangements are available.

    We’re structured and performance-driven, but not cutthroat. We value consistency, planning, and accountability—so no one’s flying blind or drowning in chaos.
